I stayed over 10 years in this flat and have been very happy Williams Lynch (apart from a period where my requests were left unanswered or not followed up properly - I think there had been some changes in the team - and to which I complained and received apologies email from the owner, what was appreciated).
Otherwise no issue - little repairs have always been done on a timely manner, tenancy agreements renewed year after year without problems (they even negotiated for me a couple of times some rent freezes and even discounts during the crisis), smooth checkout (they again negotiated to cancel some due but unfair charges the landlord wanted to make me pay after the inventory), etc.
Catherine in particular has been very helpful and was always responding cordially and on a timely manner. Would definitely recommend working with her and the team as they give their customers a really good and honest service! (Not like many other crook agencies in the area where they try to force your hand to take the first crappy flats you visit and charge you random fees all the time, or don't follow up with repairs smoothly and efficiently).

Comment on agent fees
Reasonable fees - paid £108 incl VAT at checkout. No renewal fee when renewing the tenancy agreement each year. Can’t remember the moving-in fees in details but they were reasonable and worth it for the good service I got for 10 years.

What will happen next?
