I have been using Bradleys in Newton Abbot for seventeen years to provide a tenant and again they have done the job even though it is a difficult time of year to find one. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and particularly Darbo who was always friendly and polite when I phoned.
I would have liked to have been contacted a little more often and would have liked more detail regarding our new tenants.
I realise that it is a busy office but feedback to clients is very important and it can easily be diarised.
Overall though I am satisfied with results and very happy with the friendliness of the staff.

Comment on agent fees
The minimum fee is rather expensive considering there is also a set up fee which I am not sure what that is for.
