This is the third time we have bought or sold through Fine and Country and they are nothing short of exceptional - a different league to any other agent we have had dealings with. We expect to work with professional people like ourselves who understand the importance of timelines, clarity of information and good manners. Our property is wonderfully niche and to that end we required a team that understood our needs, complexities and didn't treat us as a sales target, like dealing with your best commercial friends. They also only sent the right kind of prospective purchasers to the property - no time wasting. Richard didn't vanish as soon as we signed up as often happens in these things and any one of the team knew the status of our sale and purchase whenever asked.

The photographs were exquisite, they were done at 3 separate times to ensure the very best light for each set, nothing is too much trouble. Richard Carpenter is the only person who I've met who I would let negotiate a deal on my behalf and Sue and Julie appear to be able to sort literally anything!. Worth EVERY penny!
