When the job for which the fees are paid, is done well, they are appropriate, but when there are numerous issues, or lack of clarification, this results in doubt around what you are paying the fees for!!

Although previous staff lead us to believe we could get a higher asking price, a more realistic price was eventually agreed, so Sophie worked harder than was probably necessary doing lots and lots of viewings. James was helpful and attentive throughout the sale and it was much appreciated. ...

Although the agents fees are quite expensive, I have not been happy with previous services provided. I have however been happy that Michael and the Connells team have provided compromises for me and provided me with better rates.

The fees are very competitive and were benchmarked against several other agents in the town and Connells were the best on a full management basis .I have now used them since 2012 and always found them Competitive and Efficient especially when try to re-let property
