I have been using the Hitchin Lettings Office for almost 15 years. In this time I have found each and every member of staff to have been helpful, efficient and pro-active. I am particularly singling out Sabine for dogged detemination in resolving a nightmare boiler situation, even being concerned that I wasn't ripped off. Jayne has been a constant for many years. It doesn't matter what the issue has been she and the team she leads see to it. I am so confident in them that when I go abroad I am happy to preauthorise expenditure before I go so that should there be a problem, they are able to deal with it.

Would I recommend them? I already have.
Comment on agent fees
The agent fee structure is pretty consistent with what I've found elsewhere. I have opted for the managed service. Even if I found another agent who quoted cheaper prices I wouldn't move as I doubt they could match the service of Country Properties.
