Lisa and I visited my new property for my viewing and my check-in. The first thing that Lisa did on my behalf was represent my interest in letting the flat, despite requesting a delay in the commencement date. She must have done a great job, as the landlord accepted my offer. I was impressed that Lisa, and therefore, obviously, Arden, have a very mature and responsible attitude to the factoring of their properties. My current agency is Braemore, who are highly stymied by a landlord who is reluctant to heed any issues on her property, even though she lives nearby! This is not the case for Arden. They are attentive and pro-active in maintaining the best standards in the property. For example, Lisa decided to commission a window cleaner to improve the cleanliness of the outside of the panes. I would not necessarily have thought that this was an important issue, as, to me, the whole flat seemed immaculate, but it's a testimony to Lisa and Arden that this matter was made right. I would not hesitate to recommend Arden Property Management as a bona fide letting agency who employ dedicated and considerate agents.
