AVOID this agent at all costs. They allowed my daughter to move into a flat that breached health and safety requirements (a non-working, 3.5 years out of date fire alarm for starters!). With false promises at every turn, they come up with every excuse under the sun but show no attempt at rectifying any problems, never mind serious ones. It has taken me nearly 5 months to get my daughter out of a contract that they were in breach of (I have plenty of evidence to back this up). They try and attempt to charge for cleaning (even when you leave it in better condition than you when you move in); rubbish that was outside the flat when my daughter first moved in, was still outside months after she moved out; the cooker was so dirty it smoked - I could go on! All they do is blame it on their contractors! They tried to charge her £54 + VAT PER HOUR for late payment of rent - apparently this is a reasonable clause within the tenancy agreement! (rent was withheld initially due to the problems she was encountering, when these issues were not resolved my daughter moved out - and incidentally into a flat with a fabulous landlord), in fact they will try and charge for anything they possibly can! When I pointed out how many bad reviews they had on Facebook, these reviews magically disappeared (I have screenshots of a vast majority!). They take advantage of students and young people and they have no care for the rules and regulations of tenancies. I don't believe this company have the landlords or tenants best interests at heart, they take your money and run! I cannot express how bad these agents are, I only wish we had read reviews before my daughter signed a contract with them, it would have saved us months of hassle!

Unfortunately if properties are not returned as they were handed over then it can take some time for deposits to be returned to tenants. We have to arrange for works, await invoices and liaise with landlords before we are able to release any amounts.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
