This is the worst letting agency ever I've ever had the displeasure of having any contact with. If you have a problem they have no interest in helping you or solving the issues. They are lacking knowledge of the appropriate laws and relevant regulations. We resorted to contacting the police in an attempt to resolve the situation before it escalated any further.
