From my first meeting with James he was honest, upfront with his thought process and evaluation of the market as a whole. He was clearly very knowledgeable regards the area, the housing climate and how to proceed with a sale to get the best deal from both monetary and timeframe.
Once house was placed on market Rebecca kept me well informed on viewings and feedback and offers, including potential buyers positions and how that would impact my situation.
Once sale was agreed both James and Rebecca continued to keep in touch and maintained the dialogue between myself and the buyers to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible.
I was very happy with the service and felt there was honesty and good understanding throughout the sale. Both James and Rebecca were very professional whilst approachable and friendly. I would recommend their services to those wishing to sell their homes in Hitchin or surrounding areas.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were competitive. Whilst not the cheapest across agents I am a believer that you get what you pay for and therefore value for money.
