Jasmine was very helpful and responsive to emails. They managed to get me close to the asking rental price which was great (even when they initially disagreed with what I was asking for based on my current tenant's rent).
I had never used a big national firm before, I previously used a local agency but was impressed with most things that happened and they managed to get a number of viewings booked in even during a quiet period (over Christmas).
I had to chase for a couple of updates / documents but that was not the end of the world all things considered.
I would recommend overall - 8.5/10
Comment on agent fees
Too high! As prices exclude VAT sometimes and not others, it was harder to understand and calculate costs. Fees should be quoted with or without fees and not different for itemised items. The possibilities of what could be priced was quite long (which is good that they offer a lot of services) but would have been more convenient for a package deal.
