Worst experience I ever had! Was shown a property by an agent called Suzie, who was super friendly and even hugged me when bidding farewells. She told me she'd hold that apartment for me until I come in a few days later to pay the fee and sign the contract, since the keys would only be available a few days later.
I phoned Suzie two days later to confirm that I want to rent this apartment, and that I'll be coming in to their office on Friday.
The morning of the appointment I phoned their office, just to confirm my appointment to pay the fee and sign tenancy agreement, only to be told that someone had already moved in a day before - although Suzie had told me that the apartment keys would only be available after a few days.
Then someone at Samuel & Co.'s office told me there was a similar apartment available in the same block, after two weeks in which it would get painted. I could come in the same day and pay the fee and sign the tenancy agreement for that one, without having seen it.
I called after an hour, to ask if it would be possible to view that other apartment before paying, and was told that someone just had rented it, so that one was not available anymore, either.
Thanks for lots of annoyance, misinformation, broken promises and no apartment.

Oh my gosh i had the exact same experience! they looked for any excuse to try and take my deposit, jayd even said at one point, well the landords needs to make some cut so what amount do you agree on, sam is the shoddiest crook i have met, how he runs this company i dont know, much of lying crooks the lot of them, made me mentally ill, i lost so much sleep. never ever again do i want to cross paths with the puttins of west brom. ...
