We were very disappointed with Winkworth Kentish Town. We were sold a 12 week contract for the sale of our flat, and were tied in to 16 weeks without our knowledge. A property lawyer friend suggested we make a complaint to the ombudsman but we were so worn out by the staff in their office we just wanted to move on. The made little effort to sell our property, only 3 viewings in 16 weeks. When we changed to Keatons they had 6 viewings in the first day and sold it immediately at the price we wanted.

Andrew was professional, responsive and helpful throughout what was a long and arduous sale process - and went above and beyond to secure us an extra £5,000 over and above an offer we had received!...

We recently purchased a property through Andrew at Winkworth. The entire process from viewing to completion took just over 6 weeks and this was in a large part thanks to Andrew's efficient attitude and affability. He was willing to open the flat up to us regularly ...

I don't know where to start! We are renting a flat through them (which was a disorganised and unprofessional ordeal in itself) only to find the flat has a long list of problems, which they didn't tell us about until we were locked into a 12...

No fee would be low enough to warrant this level of service.
