Spoke to Guy before instructing this agent and found him well informed and knowledgeable. Wanted a straight talking agent without the usual hot air which was refreshing to find in Guy. The property had been on with another agent in the town that was non-responsive and didn't give feedback. Guy and his team are regular communicators and happy to discuss issues and give feedback. I found the team easy to deal with and highly professional.

The fees are about the same as the rest of the agents in the town.
