James has managed our property for few years now and have found him to be absolutely fantastic in terms of reliability, integrity and honesty. We have not had to put in any input on the management of finding reliable tenants, maintenance and managing them because he has always been on the ball and very professional in his handling of the whole process. He vets all new tenants, ensures the property is well maintained, rent is paid on time and keeps us always updated. We are very happy with the high standard of service provided by him and James Foss Estate & Lettings Agency. Highly recommended!
