The most polite and enthusiastic gentleman and very complimentary about my property. The fact that I'm selling it doesn't take away from the emotions tied to what has been a family home for many years. The respectful and frank attitude inspired huge confidence and it was clear Peter knows his market. Efficient and speedy service with clear documentation and a lovely representation through photos and narrative. Not misplaced confidence - priced fairly and appropriately, it sold within two weeks!
