I have used Chelton Brown as a letting agent for the past 5 years and would like to recommend their excellent services.
During this time, Chelton Brown have quickly found suitable tenants for my rental property. The only periods that the house has been empty was when I'd arranged for redecoration between tenants.
Chelton Brown have been quick to deal with any issues either I or the tenants have had; been able to offer assistance with recommendations of local tradesmen for any jobs that needed doing; as well as keeping up to date with regulations required for electricity and gas checks and completing them in a timely manner.
I have peace of mind that despite living some distance from my rental property, the management of the house and the welfare of the tenants are in good hands with Chelton Brown.
