Hugely disappointed in this company who over priced our property to sell which then inturn didnt create any viewings. The person who came to do the EPC rating was in my opinion totally unprofessional and thought he could barge around my house.
I had to chase this company all the time for things like a property plan layout on the website and for weekly updates.
The crunch came when I had already agreed a price on another property but DDM then sold the property from beneath us and never told us and we had to find out from the website that our dream house had been sold.
A totally unprofessional business with no communication skills what so ever. All I ever heard from them is excuses, which are unacceptable.
DDM have wasted my husbands and my time and are over priced on their selling fee as against others.
NEVER ever again will I have anything to do with this company, totally useless!!!!!

Totally utterly unprofessional & disgusting, the way of how they regard tenants when you moved out. Thanks to TDS intervention that we got a partial deposit instead of paying 3 times of our original deposit. This company DO NOT rent houses to people. It rent landlord properties

My apologies for this being the first response you have had. We are sorry you had a bad experience with us at DDM. With regards to the offer, by law we have to put all offers forward we receive this could have been by someone who previously viewed the property. The communication isn't acceptable and i will make sure this improves. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide an efficient service with communication from the agent that comes in a timely manner without landlord initiation. Provide excellent customer service that justifies the management fee. Offer compensation for mistakes or redemtion of some of the fee for incompetencies.Attached Filesnbsp;
