Hi Doug, I'm not sure if you are aware but you have left this review on the Didsbury branch page rather than the branch you refer to. The first thing Joe gave to me was aprint out of all fees I would need to pay for Solicitor, surveyor etc which never changed from day one. I knew exactly how much I needed to budget for.

The house we moved into was filthy, dusty, bins were full, garden was untidy and we were told quite the opposite. Had loads of problems in the admin process and getting signed up (which a lot of what we paid for went towards, no doubt). Katie Ruth has been great to us.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just phoning me that they are running late or can't come or at least a sincere apology after that when they could not make it .
