In these times when many have lost trust in "professionals" it was a joy and pleasure to come across Leese and Nagle. Integrity, fairness and genuine care seem embedded throughout the organisation. In particular I have to thank Robert Nagle. Robert was the agent for the property we were interested in. We were so impressed we asked Leese and Nagle to be agents for our existing property. There were only three parties involved but there were significant problems at both ends of the chain. I found his fairness to all parties refreshing and I genuinely believe this was the essential factor that kept all committed and delivered a good result for all.
Karl Connelly - at the sharp end of selling for us - was knowledgeable and easy to have around. Jodie Morris in the Westbury-on-Trym Office is a delight and the glue that holds it all together. It's now four months since we completed but we still pop in to pass on mail for redirection. We are instantly recognised and welcomed just as we were when "active" clients. That kind of ongoing care stands out for me.
