Our house sale fell through twice with different agents. Guy and Jacob were party to this year of frustration as our onward purchase was through them and despite not being their responsibility, they did much of the leg work both times. Eventually having been let down a second time by the other agents we decided to move to Mansell's. The proactive service we received was exceptional and they managed to get a number of offers which we were happy with, especially in the difficult economical climate we were selling in. Selling and buying houses is stressful - there's no other way of putting it - but after our awful previous experience with another agent, we felt we were in very capable hands with both Guy and Jacob who were professional, astute and dedicated through, what turned out to be, a tricky sale.
Comment on agent fees
Very reasonable considering the amount of work this estate agents do actually do, compared to others who charge much more for doing nothing.
