DISGUSTING AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS !!!!
I would rather hand my house back to the bank then deal with this company.
I rang 2.5 years ago to enquire about a property for a relative nothing came of it so thought no more of it. Last week I rang to make a general enquiry, I specifically said it was general and said I didn't want to give my name. Within 3 minutes of putting the phone down I received an email with the property details thanking me for my enquiry.
This was the cause of an argument with hubby as he'd ask me not to look at houses until other areas fell into place.
I put this to the back of my mind then received a call asking if I wanted a viewing.
I tried to explain that if id been looking at houses and didn't want my husband to know I'd be I trouble.
What if I was fleeing domestic violence ??
I even called head office and they had little interest.
On another point if you are in financial difficulties or a situation you don't want broadcast don't use Farrell and Hayworth. They don't name names or anything that would land them in court but that's the most I can say

You do realise we are in the middle of a pandemic?! Keeping distance to have a conversation is the law and for your own safety! As for the other comments, have some patience, most businesses have 9 weeks worth of work to catch up on and still not allowed to have all their staff working- again due to the safety measures brought by the pandemic. It’s a shame your house purchase is having to wait a little longer than expected but more important that you’re still alive surely? ...
