This agent has hidden claw back charges in the small print in the contract, that they wont point out before you sign
Even if you leave your property on the market with them for the whole contract time then ask to have it taken off when the contract finishes, if the house isnt sold and you dont want to renew with them they will make charges for all the marketing!
