We were first-time buyers and so fairly new to the entire process of buying a property, slightly nervous and pretty confused, Sophie was great in helping us through the process. She listened to what we needed, advised accordingly, overall was really proactive, and then following the offer stage was very efficient and professional. We would not have been able to buy our property three months after looking if it hadn't been for the excellent team that helped us through the process, and Sophie was a big part of this.
