The purchase of our properties went through very well but unfortunately we were let down badly by the person the let out the first of these with letting to an obviously poor tenant and failure to communicate. However, a change of personnel; rectified that and we now enjoy a really good communication experience. Louise at the Help Desk and Emma at the Branch have worked together with us very well. Now when an issue is raised (there can always be issues) we receive prompt comms and resolve the issue quickly. This benefits my tenant and of course myself.
