Process was straight forward and the staff had to deal with 2 clients as a power of attorney was also in place. My mother would have struggled with the process as most of the communication was via email, however written/ mail was an option.
Comment on agent fees
Currently unaware of the fee. I believe it to be around 1% of the house sale price.
