Andrew Snapes & Co sold the business to these clowns and things rapidly went down hill, calls for repairs totally ignored and fobbed off to the point I had no choice but to move, especially with an inadequate supply of water and barely any hot, it literally just trickled and took well over an hour to run a bath, and if you were running a bath no other water could be used in the flat to include flushing the toilet, various boiler/heating issues, intercom failed and wasn't repaired, no waste bins, they got stolen and was told to put into next doors instead!!regular flooding/other damage from the upstairs local begging saxophone player that went on for hours daily with her unruly kids running riot in the meantime all of which Leaders failed to deal with or should I say the property manager, 3 in 2 years the last Louise being the absolute worst, absolutely the most despicable person I have ever had the misfortune to come across, when she did answer I always got the landlord was at fault, waiting on the landlord....REALLY!! never any problems like this with Bryan & Marlene Snape managing the portfolio! And when another agent requested references for me she also ignored them and when I questioned this she said she could not provide a reference until I had put in my notice to leave!!! croc of s***who does that prior to being accepted for a new place... poor love had to ask her boss if she could provide one before then, clearly a training flaw there don't you think!...oh and then there's the return deposit which I finally got back after 10 weeks through the TPS as leaders kept ignoring me... Oh and then there is the complaint I made following their complaints procedure that also got ignored.... and whoever responds to these comments don't bother responding to mine as it's far too late........................
