My first contact was with Liz on the phone. From the beginning Liz was knowledgable about the property I was enquiring about, and answered every question I asked. In addition she covered things I know I would have later asked. Liz promptly arranged a viewing of the property for me.
At the viewing I was met by Ryan.
I found Ryan was knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all my enquiries on site.
After the viewing I decided I wanted to purchase the property! EVERY time I called the office both Liz and Ryan knew who I was and took an enthusiastic interest in ME and whatever I asked of them. It made me feel like they cared and wanted to help me buy my new home!
After the viewing i mainly dealt with Liz and she helped me through every stage of the buying process, however as I said before when ever Ryan answered the phone he always asked how I was doing? Asked if HE could help? But always got Liz to call me back! Which did promptly. I think this team went above and beyond chasing vendors, Solicitor's, Searches etc! right until !
the final day when I collected the keys! I can not recommend Ryder & Dutton Glossop highly enough.
