waited 3 weeks to view a property, emailed the day before to confirm again (no reply), despite all contact being via email. arrived at 2pm as agreed, no one there.
phoned to ask where they were, to be told all viewings had been cancelled and all the people concerned had been informed, stating that i "must gave been", however, i had not, hence being there for the appointment.
i was offered no apology, in fact it was implied that i was in the wrong.
wasted an entire day off work planned around that viewing. livid beyond description. loathsome company.

BEWARE!!!!!! This company are ripping you off!!!!! If you pay more than £300 for your Home Report eg £400 + vat they make £100 so if you [ay £500 they make £200 as Allied surveyors onlt charge them a flat fee of £300 + vat. They also get financial kickback from Your conveyancer. ...

Having similar issues as above - not reply to e-mails regardig missing payments (we are the landlord). Invoices have become questionable (ie. retrospective billing and missing invoices) since their accounts lady left in July.
