From the first contact with Belinda she was genuinely helpful and talked us through the process of both buying and selling - we had been in our previous property for 38 years so it was a huge decision to move. Belinda contacted us at every stage of the process to make sure everything ran smoothly, which indeed it did. I can't thank her enough for all her help.
Belinda outlined the fees and gave us time to mull it over before we accepted. The fees were based on a proportion of the selling price so this seems fair to both low end and high end customers.
