Prior to my house move, I purchased a fab note book so I could write down the many notes and things to do that I expected - however I never used this note book! The house sale and just as importantly our house purchase went like clockwork. I was kept up to date throughout the process, the guidance and support was worth every penny. We are now in our forever home, which from contacting Ross about selling which we got more than we expected and getting the keys to our forever home took just 7 weeks...

I have recently used Richard James again to help sell my mums house. Different branch, but the Wroughton branch have proved that Richard James is one big team, that ensure you get what you need and have helped answer a couple of questions too...

I have recently been told on more than 1 occasion, that I should use an online company!! However why would I??? Lets face it, Richard James offer a Face to face service, staff that always answer their phone, a branch I can drop into and local knowledge lets face it, is priceless! This is our biggest purchase/sale that we will be doing for years, and trust is so important. Its not a dress on ebay for 1 night out, its our future hopes and dreams. I certainly wont be risking our future hopes and dreams online to save a few quid! and really don't understand why people do! Richard James all the way - 100% recommendation from me. Thank you to all the staff...Keep up the good work
