I overall had a pretty positive experience with Fineholm. I was a bit concerned at the start because of some comments I read online, but their service has been very professional so far. Taryn has helped me move in at a time that I could fit around my busy schedule, he answered all my questions politely and made the whole process clear and streamlined for me. I was in my new flat within 10 days of me viewing it, which was great as i was staying in temporary accommodation. I found the flat in great conditions and really like it here so far. The heating didn't work on the day I moved in (a Saturday) and the out of hours emergency contact did not deem that as an emergency, which I found a bit upsetting at the time and I really think should have been treated as one. Thankfully the boiler started leaking on the floor and when I told them that a plumber came swiftly and fixed everything. Aside from that, everyone I dealt with at the agency has been very friendly and professional. The negative comments I read were mostly about the moving out part and disputes around the returning of the deposit. I hopefully won't experience that and will update the review when the time comes.

Comment on agent fees
There were no fees which I was really pleased with! I only had to pay £20 for the reference check. So in that regard, I was really pleasently surprised.
