Davis Tate has been managing our property for the past 4 years and Peter has been the sole member of the team looking after the maintenance aspects. Luckily, no major things have needed attention, but there has been a number of small issues from appliances breaking down to leaking radiators. Regardless of the type of remedial work required, Peter has always been thoroughly professional in finding a trustworthy contractor, and providing us with choices. We have been totally impressed with the routine property inspections and the thoroughness of the outgoing tenants check-out process. We are very happy with the service and have no intention of finding somebody else.
