Why do I have to give them a star when they are not even worth of it? I was renting an apartment with them for the past 3 years and never felt having any sorts of loyalty coming from them. Any time I needed something done, only the landlord was there for me!
It all started going bad on the proper viewing day - the agent who's supposed to do the viewing showed up 10-15 minutes late and no ***** given for this lateness.
Then, in order apply for the house I felt like they harass people to get the money off us!
I got the place and from there and, any time I needed to clarify info, or get something fixed, only the landlord was prompt to answer!
I had health and safety concerns in regards a lack of a fire alarm on the kitchen (as there has been released a law (in 2014), to which it stated all house's kitchen need to have a heat fire alarm on), back in 2015 and, I've advised them that I am not available to discuss this matter via call as I work all day, I can't be as free as i wish. Not only they had taken ages to finally bother to answer me, as it was super clear THEY HAD NOT READ my email, whatsoever! - On that same email I've stated as well what's my enquire and they DARED to call me on my phone (OVER-AND-OVER)! - Finally when they understood I wouldn't be answering their calls, they HARASS me over emails to go (AGAIN) over the issue I had, when I have clearly provided it all in only 1 contact!
I got to renew the contract with them twice after that, but only because I really liked the house and, the bills weren't that expensive - back in the days it was just myself paying it all, so let us say I subjected myself to it as it has been handy. Thing is, last time I've renewed it did my head in and, even though I wouldn't mind to keep that house, I think I'm better of safe than having to subject myself to this treatment EVER AGAIN!
My landlord wished me to fill the documentation necessary for me to renew the contract and, Graham (the agent responsible to send me this info) had not only not attached a any file on the reviews as, it was clear he had better things to do than bother to smooth the communication in between us all! I've got it sorted, but it was needed for me to start being sassy, otherwise they would have kept spitting on me!
Now I did not wished to be treated this way after an almost 3 years of bad experience and no consideration, whatsoever. As I am moving away and they are rushing me out!
Last straw was yesterday - 12th of February, 2018!
As above stated I work all day, and getting my eye on things is hard. It was my last day of contract and it was 14h55 when this Emma girl text me advising that at 16h she'll be showing the house to a possible new tenant! They are lucky the house is now empty and there's nothing they can possibly steal, but I was still under that house's contract and, I wasn't given the 24h notice that by law I am entitled to!
What can I say besides - AVOID THE **** OUT OF THIS FAKE AND INCONSIDERATE BUNCH OFF ****! It'll be saving you a lot of hassle and, headaches!
If I have heart issues I guess I can blame part of the stress caused on Morton Pinpoint! Another weird thing is how they are not even bothering to answer this reviews. I guess I have more than enough info gathered to talk with my Union Representative if I am not paid the deposit as friends have been complaining over Facebook.
