Thanks for your comments, just to clarify, before your sign the tenancy agreement, you signed something called "holding deposit" in this form you can clearly find the Landlord contribution towards the bills, it is literally next to where you signed so its very unlikely that missed this part.

Overall, there is an en-suite room in the property, I certainly don't understand why you say no to that.
