Very happy with this estate agent, it was a long hard slog from start to finish due to problems out of their control but they held the chain together so we could get the house we wanted. The pressure was on as we had a baby on the way and if it hadn't gone through in time we couldn't have afforded to move. Very grateful for all they did to make it happen.

Was going to rent a place until they tried to charge 655 for a credit check and contract.
Last time I got a mobile phone contract I got both and it didn't cost that for the year including a phone.
Go on the open market and companies provide credit checks for landlords between 5 to 25 pound. A tenancy agreement can be purchased for similar money.. I doubt carsons are doing more than changing the name on the same document they use every time.
