One of the most arrogant people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Not the slig htest bit interested in my property it was all about him and his supposed achievements which I guess was supposed to translate to i will make lots of commission. W H Brown have a reputation of being a sales/commission oriented business and they are down there with the lowest of the low in terms os honesty and integrity . If this idiot is anything to o by steer well clear.

totally unrealistic. my first recommendation would be dont use them, if you do dont entertain their figure go for a fixed fee and make them earn their money. all they want is your instructions as they earn their commission anyway on getting you signed up. Estate agents have earned th reputation of being dishonest. I can inform that is right WH Brown have earned a bloody fortune by being dishonest they are paid by results which equals targets which equals we will do anything we can to rip you off
