I would recommend using Wilkinson, Forest Gate Branch. I have received very good support throughout the sale of my property and purchase of another in the area. Eve, Jake and Will have all been so reliable in chasing things up and keeping me well informed in addition to giving me good advice and guidance throughout.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were standard at 1% as sole agent and they have earned their fee in my opinion - pity about the VAT on top but not their fault!!!!
