Village Estatss were flawless. They kept us informed at every stage of the process of buying a house through them and even when there were hiccups with the chain, they kept their cool and sorted it out within hours. When we first viewed the house we wanted to buy, they could hear that we really liked it and did their utmost to get us a viewing as early as possible. They spoke to the vendors multiple times during the offer stage and dealt with the many questions we had. They even arranged second and third viewings mid-way through the process without complaint. They spent hours on the phone with our vendors chasing bits and pieces, bar stools that we wanted, asking questions about door keys, they really went above and beyond. They made the whole experience less stressful, were professional but friendly and we would definitely use them if we ever were to sell, no question and I thank them for being such an integral part of buying our forever home!
