I was a potential tennant, applied for a viewing a day after the property was advertised, had no call back so rang the office To be greeted by a woman who asked questions in one word or simple phrase, 'name' 'job' 'partner' 'children' 'pets', she then asked me when I could view, because I had specific times because of my partners working hours she ended the phone call simply with 'I'll have to phone you tomorrow I'm busy this afternoon and can't do it now' and hung the phone up. After repeated phone calls, repeated requests to book a viewing I received a voicemail yesterday saying they had already had an application on the property. Service was disgusting, attitude with a potential client was also unacceptable, we all have busy jobs but don't speak to people in that manner and then to not follow it up was terrible. Very disappointed to say the least

I am really sorry about your experience with Northwood Solihull, especially not being told that was there a different application on the same property. We do not take any holding deposits on any property that we deal with. Once a tenant is told that their application is successful we ask them pay their deposit and their rent before they move in to the property.
