Do not touch with a barge pole. Full of promises at the start but when our house wasn't getting viewings suddenly they stopped answering our calls or emails. Our house details they put on rightmove were full of errors. Our house sold within a couple of weeks of switching estate agent, with much more professional photos and generally a more professional service. Chalk and cheese.
