Truly horrendous customer service and attitude to us. We rented a flat for nearly 2 years and the entire experience was a nightmare.
They never gave us information from the landlord till the last minute and are just all round terrible to talk to. Every time I spoke to them on the phone they made me out to be an idiot and actually laughed at the fact I didn't know the tenancy law intimately.
I personally like dogs however what sort of customer facing business has 4 dogs running around the joint? Terrible work ethic.
I will NEVER be using this agency anywhere in the country. Truly a terrible experience.
