Simon is the most efficient estate agent you could ever hope to find, brilliant at keeping in touch with everyone involved in the chain so everyone knows exactly what is happening at each stage of the process of buying or selling. He had amazing patience and perseverance with one particular solicitor in the chain that was reluctant to answer calls or emails! I would rate Simon ten out of ten for efficiency, friendliness and for his knowledge of all that is involved to keep a property chain moving. I have used several different estate agents over the years for buying and selling and he has been far and away the best.
