I was considering two estate agents, Wheelers and a Big High Street Agent. When I met with Joe he was calm, attentive and most importantly he listened to what I wanted, very knowledgeable about the property market in Brighton as well as the area in general and quick to address any concerns I had.
When I met the estate agent from the big high street branch he had a sales pitch that he was going to reel off regardless of any questions I had, I felt his purpose what to get the memorised script out at all cost. This resulted in him not listening to me. However his pitch did make me think I would be getting a much more comprehensive and professional service, with a much higher chance of securing an above asking price offer.
I chose Joe (Wheelers) purely based on the fact that I prefer working with people who are interested in what I have to say, but I did at first think I might be making a sacrifice. I was very wrong, Wheelers did absolutely everything the bigger company boasted that I wouldn't get with a smaller company and more.
The photography was exceptional (A USP of the High St Agents I was told I wouldn't get with a smaller Agent) and every stage flowed perfectly all the way to securing an completing an above asking price sale.
I would say to anyone weighing up the differences between a big High street Agents and Wheelers to go with Wheelers! the service is more tailored and bespoke and you will get everything the Bigger company offer and more.
Joe and Alison never tired of my questions and concerns in or out of hours. The service was truly excellent and very highly recommended!! If you are selling or buying in Brighton Wheelers are the only choice.
