I would like to take the time to thank Portico, and especially their estate agent Charlotte, for their efforts in selling my home at Highbury Stadium Square. While I have heard many horror stories about selling homes as of late, with massive amounts of paperwork, never ending negotiations, and unforeseen fees, Charlotte helped minimize all of these factors and ensured a quick sale of the property. Charlotte worked diligently between parties to ensure we were all kept up to date with the latest information concerning both the offers and the exchange, and also to ensure all legal matters were dealt with swiftly and at the lowest cost. She even worked between the buyer and I to negotiate the trivial items such as included fittings and storage facilities. Also, it should be noted that as a 'shared ownership scheme' between multiple parties, this sale was more complex than most. Charlotte's professionalism and knowledge made the sale run smoothly and also provided support during the tense moments in negotiation. I cannot thank her and Portico enough for their efforts and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the London area. Thanks again for an amazing job well done!
