From the moment I contacted Wilkins Vardy, Annette and Mark were extremely positive about the 'saleability' of my late brother's property, ensuring it sold for a realistic and acceptable price.
I live over 150 miles from Chesterfield so, potentially, distance could have been an issue. However, both have been superb by keeping me regularly updated, giving me piece of mind that all was 'in safe hands.'
Indeed, both have 'gone the extra mile' by regularly visiting the property to ensure all was in good order, organising the efficient clearance of the property at a very acceptable cost and ensuring the purchaser's requests were adhered to.
I cannot praise them enough - brilliant!

Anette very honest in her valuation and as I was have worked alongside with W/Vardy for many years I was more than confident that at the correct valuation we would secure a sale quickly,
Mark who oversee the transaction once we did secure a buyer was very effiecient with the progress and between us overcome problem that could have lost us our sale.

During this period a detailed investigation will be conducted into the background and circumstances of your complaint in order to ascertain whether we have breached the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Code of Practice. (Copies of which are available in all our offices)
Following completion of this investigation you will receive a written conclusion with details of any remedial measures considered appropriate.
If following receipt of this conclusion you are not satisfied with our findings you may then refer your complaint to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (details of the procedure are available from any of our offices).
