absolutlely terrible dealing with this lying, un - organised company, increased my rent TWICE during the same year, even though i had already agreed a fixed priced for the year, took the maintanence man FOUR MONTHS to fix a problem i had, didnt receieve ANY of my bond back and was charged for every time i needed maintenance even though it was all supposed to be incled in the rent. DONT TRUST THESE THEIFS

Hi samanther I had the same problem with these idiots. I'd contact the property ombudsman.
