Being a landlord is no easy task. It is a double edged sword. An investment in vein on one hand that we hope will create future security, an income and an asset. A drain, a heavy weight and an open ended liability on the other.

Financially and mentally being a landlord, may I add a conscientious one, impacts your own quality of life. After all, we are responsible for other human beings being safe, secure and healthy in the place they create home. And sometimes that means sacrificing some comfort in your own life to facilitate it.

Everything in life happens with people. Money is a non negotiable part may I add, but without good people putting the above entity to the correct and efficient use, it all falls down. Luckily I have Beth taking care of things. I'm fortunate, as is my tenant no doubt.

Beth has constantly given me support on the button and kept me sane as a landlord. She fights my corner. She advises me without bias and always goes out of her way to make things happen. I feel secure, confident, able to reach out anytime and know I can trust Beth. With instant responses, empathy for both myself as the landlord, the tenant and the overall picture, Beth always remains positive and polite and her vibrant energy keeps me soldiering on this game, proud that between us we manage to creatye a, decent, law abiding landlord in the form of me!

If you are looking to get a rental property do not use this agency. I have had an absolute nightmare. They make you attend their office to sign tenancy prior to seeing the property on check in. I did so in good faith and when I got to the property it was absolutely filthy, Appliances broken, lightbulbs not working, holes in walls, broken tiles on floor, faulty boiler (now not working all together) leaking shower, the list goes on. I have cried every day since I moved in. This company treat you ...
