All staff were always very professional & patient with us, keeping us updated all the way through the process. I found them not pushy at all (like some estate agents can be) which I was very happy with. Really appreciated all members of the team recognising our full time working patterns & family commitments & adapting their communications to fit in with us. The communication was excellent at all times.
