After failing to sell my property for 2 years a friend recommended nicola at hannells.
The idea put me off since I'm from chesterfield but I still went ahead and was the best choice I've made with in 3 weeks the property had sstc. Due to A few problems the buyer pulled out and with Christmas fast approaching I had given up hope of another sale untill after Christmas. Our amazing estate agent Nicola yet again assured me she would do all she can to sell the property for me and she did just that sstc within 4 days of being back on the market and is currently in the last week of sale now.
Nicola has reassured us every step of the way and broke things down for us to understand. I can honestly say it felt more like I was getting a call from a friend with an update rather than an estate agent she was so friendly yet so professional. Any queries I had she was happy to help with nothing was to much work. I am amazed with how fast hannells sold my property after it was sat on the market for 2 years with no interest.
