Purchased my property through Chase Bucanan in December 2017. Without the agent Myles Moloney I think we'd still be waiting on solicitors dragging their heals. His communication was without fault and returned my emails and calls promptly. Those who have sold/bought will have experienced the weeks of silence, no news or unanswered question that make the experience to frustrating and stressful, but I never experienced this with Myles. I would 100% recommend him and would use again if I was to sell (hopefully not for some time).
